Free 365 Day Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Zappos, you can return your item for a full refund within 365 days of purchase. But the item must be in original packing and unworn with all the original tags attached. Returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.

You also have the option to exchange a purchased order instead of returning it for a refund. Our exchange process is a little different than others and it will help you to get your new order to you faster. The funds from your original order will be directly transferred to an e-Gift Card when an exchange is requested. Zappos will then use that e-Gift Card to process your exchange order prior to Zappos receiving your original order back. We just need the original order to be returned within 14 days of the purchase.
How do I find my right shoe size?
If you are not sure of your shoe size, you can measure it by any two dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or a standard Brannock device. Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their shoes, and sizing may differ accordingly.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Zappos accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Does Zappos do price adjustment, if an item goes on sale after my purchase?
